Returns & Refund Policy

At GlovePro Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and our mission to provide reliable protection to individuals, businesses, and communities. Whether you’re ordering for your organization, personal use, or as part of a larger humanitarian effort, we want your experience to be smooth and trustworthy.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened boxes of gloves within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • ✔ In its original packaging

  • ✔ Unused and undamaged

  • ✔ Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • ❌ Opened or used gloves

  • ❌ Bulk or wholesale orders (case quantities or more)

  • ❌ Clearance or final sale items

Please note: Due to the nature of PPE products and the integrity required in humanitarian and healthcare supply chains, all sales of large-volume or discounted orders are final.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must ensure the package is securely returned to avoid damage in transit.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus applicable fees.


Exchanges for Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will replace damaged items at no cost. Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items received.


Return Instructions

  1. Step 1: Email us at orders@gloveprosupply.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Step 2: If your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Customers must provide their own return label unless otherwise arranged.

  3. Step 3: Ship the item back. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
